Domestic Shipping Policy:
Standard Order under $250
$10 USPS/UPS (6-10 business days) + processing
Standard Order over $250
Free USPS/UPS (6-10 business days) + processing
Warehouse Processing Time - 24-48 business hours
Orders are shipped on business days, Monday - Friday, excluding holidays.
Domestic orders require a verified U.S. billing address.
House of Stone is not responsible for packages that are delayed, damaged, lost, or stolen in transit. Once the package has been scanned, responsibility for the shipment lies with the courier. All shipments include a standard amount of insurance. If you experience a delay or issue with your shipment, please contact the courier.
International Shipping Policy:

$25 USPS/UPS (6-10 business days) + processing time
Standard Order over $250
$18 USPS/UPS (6-10 business days) + processing time
International orders require a verified billing address and phone number.
Duties & taxes are set by the customs authorities of the destination country.
We estimate the value to be between 25-40% of the amount paid for the item(s) ordered. The mail courier will contact you directly requesting payment upon your order's arrival through customs.
House of Stone is not responsible for these charges. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer. If a package is unclaimed, you may have to pay a handling fee.

Unclaimed/Returned/Wrong Address Packages
For packages that are refused or not claimed within 14 days, House of Stone reserves the right to charge a handling fee to cover return shipping and freight companies administrative costs. If the package must be re-shipped, the shipping cost is the full responsibility of the customer.
If the shipping address provided at checkout is incorrect, the responsibility lies with the customer to ensure shipping information is accurate. House of Stone is not responsible for packages routed to an address that was incorrectly entered at checkout. No refunds, store credit, or replacements will be issued.
